Teaching philosophy
My approach to teaching design is centered on creating an inclusive and dynamic learning environment that encourages students to explore, experiment, and push the boundaries of their creativity. I believe in the power of experiential learning, where students actively engage in hands-on projects, collaborative exercises, and real-world design challenges. This approach not only enhances their technical skills but also prepares them for the multifaceted demands of the design profession.
My teaching philosophy follows four core objectives: i) inculcating empathy, ii) inclusivity and diversity, iii) looking inward, outward and forward and iv) fostering a collaborative approach.
